The Premier 100% commission program is for a qualified agent that has closed 4 or more sales transactions within a 12-month calendar cycle. The UP Business Builder Plan split has a 90% Commission to the Agent and 10% to the Company’s Revenue Share Plan for distribution according to the Policy and Procedure of the La Rosa Revenue Share Plan.

The UP Business Builder has a cap of $10,000 that can be paid into the profit share. After agents reach $100,000 in annual revenue they switch to 100% commission. This calculator assumes that all agents in the downline have the same annual revenue and they cap at 10k.
